Services & pricing
A fully personalized 4-week training program built around your goals, schedule, and equipment. 1 and 2-day programs include 2 flexible check-in tokens to use when you need them. 3 and 4-day programs include the full three touchpoints — program review, mid-month check-in, and end-of-month debrief.
You follow your written program. I'm on the call — watching your movement, keeping you accountable, making adjustments in real time. No commute. Full coaching eye.
Pairs with any program tier.
I design and coach a new session for you each week, live over Zoom. Dynamic, reactive, and different every time. No written program required — this is real-time coaching.
Full in-person coaching at your space. I come to you — no studio required. Hands-on movement coaching, form correction, and programming all in one session.

How it works
Fill out a short questionnaire covering your training history, goals, equipment, and how you work best.
A 30-minute call to go deeper, confirm direction, and make sure the program is built around the right things.
Your 4-week program is delivered within a week of the consultation. We walk through it together before you start.
Mid-month and end-of-month touchpoints keep the program honest and the progress moving in the right direction.
